Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Chandler AZ

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used this company in the last year. They are priced in the middle range but they provide superior service. I have a home warranty company that sends out plumbers that I wonder if they’ve been on a bender the night before or if they even just got out of Plumbing school and are unsure of what to do. Not so with Lawson Family Plumbing. There’s something really said about supporting a family business in this day and age! They do a very good job in my experience; the plumbers are very clean and they clean up after themselves and they are very detailed oriented and they do a very nice skilled job. I committed a fatal error and I tried to save a little money by hiring a grifter off of next-door and basically after he hacked a big hole in my wall and cut through a waterline two times and then cut my vent pipe I stopped him and I called Lawson Family Plumbing in a panic. In an effort to try to save money by going with somebody less expensive I ended up having a disaster on my hands. Imagine how thrilled I was when Lawson Family Plumbing sent out a senior plumber named Jeff. Jeff was professional polite and most importantly very skilled he fixed the problems created by the other person and went above and beyond what was required. This company has several master level plumbers who have a lot of experience and I can assure you that in comparison to the one sent out by my home warranty company or the ones I’ve hired off of next-door they are supreme. I love Lawson Family Plumbing because they will come out and give a free diagnostic assessment and estimate hardly anyone does that anymore and it’s sets them apart from the competition. I also find their technicians to be very clean cut and trustworthy and I have left them in my home and supervised in the past and they have taken great care to clean up after themselves and done a great job. I’ve also referred others to Lawsons Family plumbing and they have been happy with their work!

We needed two toilets fixed and the tub. Cold water stopped working in the shower.
What was the cause? A tiny plastic ball caught in the pipe. Mr Rooter found and fixed the problem. Way after 9pm and still working hard to fix things so they work correctly. Highly recommend this company. Hard working with great ethics. Thanks Jose

Rich is amazing! I needed a new water heater and he told me the pros and cons to all types of water heaters. I also had him install an RO system and a water softener in my house. He made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. We had a small hiccup with the RO system and he rearranged his schedule to make sure that everything was fixed and resolved as quickly as possible. Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

Technician Tommy Moreno came out to diagnose a cooling issue with our split system AC. He was very thorough and persistent in finding the cause, and did a great job in repairing the system quickly and cleanly. We are very pleased with the service we received.
