I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Called and scheduled the visit quickly on the next day. Only 30 minutes works, but charged close to five hundred dollars, very pricey. Overall, good works, but not honest works.

Plumbing issues in our condo...Cactus was able to have a plumber to our property within a few hours. The job ended up taking several days and the work was started the very next morning after initial assessment. We appreciate the great service.

This company did a great job assessing and evaluation our residential leak. They were at my house within a few days of calling. The problem was very difficult to resolve. They took the time to thoroughly assess and come up with the best solution, providing the least amount of damage and expense to our home. Special shout to our serviceman Zach who took time to talk with my kids and help them be comfortable while he was working.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Yesterday evening Don & Andrew came to our home to fix our “tub stopper” that had not been working for years. The stopper was in such poor shape that they needed to get a special tool and would return in the morning to remove it. Arriving On time like always-Don & Andrew removed it in minutes and had the new stopper installed in minutes! We no longer have to use a sink stopper to wash out baby! Mr Rooter Plumbing has an amazing staff. Danny Try was the one that gave a quote and open the request service. He gave a very reasonable price and he was the one that remove the faucets, garbage disposal and the R.O system. Unfortunattely Dani had to go home to take care some personal issues and Dan Dein was the one that put my sink back and install new faucet, new garbage disposal and the R.O system. Both very professional, know what they are doing and very patient. Dan even said that my new faucet looks used. He commented twice and when he tested it, there was a hole in the cord. He patiently said: easy fix. Can you go to the store and get a new cord. He wait patiently and did an awesome job checking and re checking that there was no leaks. I recomend both Dan and Dany . This company has horrible customer service and ethics. They insist on charging twice for not finishing the first job they are sent out to. While confronting them about this work ethic they simply argue saying it must be a separate event without even offering or trying to come back out to finish the leak detection they were originally paid for. IF they did it right the first time they wouldn't have to had come back out. The office personnel also are very rude they have no customer service skills. While trying to communicate this problem they would not listen. If American leak detection does not complete the first job that has been paid for then BBB complaint will be next.
