Best Slab Leaks in Chandler AZ

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

I was very happy with the work that Jaimie did. I emailed him at J.I.Plumbing he contacted me within minutes of my email. We setup a time that he could come over that same day to look over the job. He looked over the project that I needed done and gave me a quote. The price was fair he indicated a date and time he could return to do the job. He showed up on time ready to work. His workmanship was very professional. I highly recommend his services.

We used nick and his company for several items- tankless water heaters, carbon water filter, toilet install, and an ro system. I’d definitely recommend nick- he’s punctual, speaks clearly when we were first discussing work, had a zero pressure approach, and was more affordable compared w other companies. He came as promised, worked hard and did a great job. We love supporting local family owned businesses and plan on using him again in the future

Called after struggling to remove a shower cartridge for two hours! Call was answered and followed by another to tell me a plumber was dispatched. Soon after the plumber called and said he was 30 minutes out. Fixed the issue and we were able to turn our water back on and continue with our lives. Thank you!

After my shower broke, I had bad experiences with two other plumbing companies (one never showed up, the other gave an outrageous quote - think four digits). My realtor recommended Mesa Plumbing Company, so I gave them a call. Milo came out the next day; he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He repaired both of the problems I had with the shower and also unclogged the drain - all for literally a fraction of the other company’s quote. He didn’t try to charge me extra to break apart the wall like the other company - he managed to fix everything without any damage to my walls! He was pleasant and clearly knew what he was doing. I will call Mesa Plumbing if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future!

Excellent work installing a water heater and cheaper than buying it myself!

First time using Simply Better Plumbing and I will definitely use them again. Extremely reasonable pricing and ready to get the job done. Very polite and professional and just down home people. Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!

Erik was able to diagnose our problem over the phone and was early for his appointment time. He was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes and took the extra effort to walk through a hardness test for our water and inspected the water heater anode. I cannot recommend Erik and CTR Plumbing enough. It's so hard to find a great knowledge base and good, honest old-fashioned value that CTR offers. Call them!! You won't be disappointed.

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

Great experience with Jeff, very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I will be calling for every plumbing need going forward, I could not recommend his services enough. He took the time to examine all the possible options with my problem and was quick to figure out the best way to fix it.

Had American Leak fix a leak on a return line on the pool. It costed a little under 1K A year later the stuff they fixed was broken again. They did not cover any of it. I even talked to a couple managers and still nothing. I decided to fix it myself and they poured the pipes in concrete... What a nightmare. Fortunately I spent the time to do it right this time. Avoid these folks! Terrible service. Terrible quality
