This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

Lawson Family Plumbing has been coming to my house's rescue the past two years. Last year I had an old water softener blow out and send muck and resin through all of my pipes in the house. Their techs offered me some great advice and went above and beyond getting my house fixed up. All of my faucets were replaced, a new water softener installed, pipes cleared, and all was well. After seeing how professional they were, I asked them to install a new RO system in the kitchen, which also works well over a year later.This year I had them come out and replace a tub in my second bathroom, as well as replace all toilets. They really busted their butts on the bath tub, and again -- went above and beyond to get the job done right, and even saved my shower walls from needing to be completely re-done. The demolition was very clean, and easy to re-assemble once they were finished.More recently, I had called them out because one of my water spigots was leaking in my back yard. After the tech looked at the problem and gave me a quote, he looked at me candidly and said I'll be honest with you, you can do this yourself.. it's very easy and it will save you a lot of money. I can't begin to describe how much I appreciated this. You can't bad mouth a company who has that type of integrity, and acts just as much as an advocate for the customer as they do their own bottom dollar. Lawson Family Plumbing gets 5/5 stars every time. I see myself being their customer for a very long time.

Updated 10/2021: Used Second Opinion Plumbing and again had amazing service! No reason to go elsewhere. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Received a phone call from the plumber to let me know they were on the way. Friendly, great service. Solved my problem within an hour. Can't recommend enough!

Original Post 2020: Brandon showed up at the early time window which was great, he also called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Quickly assessed the problem and went out to get the part to make the repair on the same day. Would definitely recommend!

Bill & his team at City Wide Plumbing are excellent. I've been having difficulty with a Nuvo System, a citric acid-based descaling system (although the manufacturer brands it as a water softener, as an alternative to traditional salt-based softeners) installed by another plumbing company. After changing the cartridges in the system, I was noticing blue-tinted water in certain fixtures of the house, indicative of excessive copper in the water, which is what my house is piped with, confirmed with testing. The company that installed it had no answers, and made no attempts to figure out what the issue was, simply blaming it on the system with no further investigation. I called City Wide and, despite not having installed the system, they came out to the house and investigated. Prior to coming out, Bill had taken about an hour of his time - free of charge - to walk me through, over the phone, things to test in the house to see if the problem would solve itself. He is very competent in the area of plumbing, intelligent, and is a great problem-solver, knowing what questions to ask and what things to test. His team is equally knowledgable. When he and two of his team members came out - again, free of charge, all three of them were engaged with the problem, offering good insight. The problem appears to be working itself out, pending further testing and installation of new cartridges in the system. Based on their demonstrated knowledge, experience, and ability to problem-solve, I highly recommend City Wide plumbing for any unique, complex plumbing issue you may have.

Absolutely terrible. $450 to detect a pool leak. Spent 20 minutes at my house and marked a spot. I waited 6 weeks for them to send the report so I could give it to the repair company. No leak within 4 foot radius. Company said 5 foot radius needed and no warranty since it had been more than 30 days. They waited to send me the report till after the warranty expired just in case it was wrong. Negative 5 stars would still be too nice.
