Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

They were on time, courteous and efficient. Overall consistently impressive.

Called at 8:00pm, one technician came right around 9:00pm and knew exactly what the issue was. It was a simple draining issue but he did a thorough job and explained what and the how very clearly. Spoke at length as well about DIY simple maintenance to help avoid this type of problem in the future to get the most out of your AC.
