I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Quick friendly and professional service

After asking on Facebook for recommendations for a plumber, I contacted Mark at Top Notch Plumbing and Drain. I explained what was going on with an old rusty pipe in backyard and I was fortunate enough, that Mark was between appointments and had the time to come immediately over. He was able to quickly figure out the issue and provided me with 2 very affordable options to have the pipes replaced. From the time I called Top Notch Plumbing and Drain to the completion of the job was done in less than 2 1/2 hours. I am beyond pleased by the professionalism, the fair pricing and the quality of the work that was provided by Mark at Top Notch Plumbing and Drain and I will not hesitate to use this business again. Chris came out and provided a no-BS assessment of my 12-year-old HVAC unit. They offer a care plan, but was never pressured to sign up. Service was quick and he provided photos of parts that I should keep in mind going forward.

I would definitely recommend this company!!!! Everything was excellent. The girl answering the phone (I forgot her name unfortunately) was super nice and professional. And the service tech Andy was great and quick to arrive! He did great diagnostic work and ultimately it was a bad capacitor. The best part of this company is they came in just a couple hours AND it was the Fourth of July. I’m so so grateful they came out on a holiday and got my AC running. So grateful and will definitely use this company again

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Meh. The work got done, mostly. I had two bathroom sink fixtures replaced, it took several hours and the plumber (who was a very nice person) did not fully clean up. He finished at around 9pm, but at least he was willing to stay until he was done, but I would have preferred better communication about the timeline.One of the faucets had a leak after installation, and they did come out same day to fix it, but then the cabinetry was damaged (not by the water, but presumably by the plumber). Finally they did a clean out of the tub, didn’t clean up the mess, and the tub still drains slowly.Total $975So it wasn’t a disaster, but not all that great either…meh.
