Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

Cure All plumbing fixed/replaced our Bradford white and they did a pretty good job. Very responsive- I called them @ 9 pm and they had the water heater replaced by next morning with a very reasonable price as well

Had a major clog that backed up the sewer drain from the middle of my front yard into my bathtub. Called Jaime around 10am and he was at my house and working on the problem within about an hour. Jaime was very responsive, arrived quickly and managed to unclog the sewer pipe and get everything working. The service was great and will definitely use him again.

Stetson and tech Jerry arrived on time, were very friendly/professional , provided a good faith estimate (even though total extent of job couldn't be determined in advance of starting job) and finished quicker than originally estimated. Very satisfied overall and would use again without hesitation.

That's huge for us, it allowed my wife to deal with our issues first part of the day and get other things done that needed done, she didn't have to wait around all morning wondering! Your service tech was super friendly and professional, although went I got the invoice (which we paid without hesitation) I don't think I have ever in my life hired a plumber, I did not expect the amount to be so high considering we supplied the faucet, the toilet parts, etc. We expected it to be around HALF of what it was, however, I truly believe paying top dollar should have its rewards for great service, great work and we hired the best company (and I'm really big on good review ratings). Don was incredibly helpful. He took care of our clog in the kitchen and then gave me advice on how to reattach our standing sink in our half bath. He even gave me the parts to do it myself when I said I'd like to fix it. I would highly recommend them!

Had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling and replaced it promptly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.
