This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

We recently had a leak in our garage and we called Alexander's Plumbing to come out and take a look. They came out and within an hour were able to identify where the leak was coming from and fix the issue. They also helped us with a clog we had in our kitchen sink. We felt they were very professional and were surprised when we saw the bill as we had expected to pay significantly more. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

This team really went out of their way to provide top-notch service. I called their 24hr number and left a message regarding all of my toilets not flushing properly. Someone called me back at 7:00 am and had someone onsite by 9:00 am. They stayed on task for the entire day to include the manager coming onsite for support while the responding plumber left temporarily to install a water heater for another customer. He returned as soon as possible, but the manager was near finished with the task. They honored the quote I received at the beginning of the day even though the job took 3x as long as expected. Most professional and knowledgeable group of plumbers I've ever worked with.

Quick fix on a slow draining sink plus Danny had also fixed my garbage disposal. Great work!!

Jaime was at our home within the hour enabling us to get our water turned back on for the night. He came back the next morning & finished the job. Quality workmanship. Polite. Fair prices. Kept a clean workspace & even tolerated our nosey dog who wanted to supervise.
