I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

From the first contact I was excited to see how well gold star would perform. The technician showed up and evaluated the entire store and there issues they were having. Gold star plumbing was not only the 3rd company I had to come out and try and have repairs made but they where the last company to come out, as they were very professional and knowledgeable. They had answers and great pricing for all my repairs needed. Best part they were able to execute all repairs asap. I was offered a membership that I could not pass on. Absolutely terrible. $450 to detect a pool leak. Spent 20 minutes at my house and marked a spot. I waited 6 weeks for them to send the report so I could give it to the repair company. No leak within 4 foot radius. Company said 5 foot radius needed and no warranty since it had been more than 30 days. They waited to send me the report till after the warranty expired just in case it was wrong. Negative 5 stars would still be too nice.
