My kitchen faucet broke and I could not get it to turn off. I called 10 different plumbers in the Mesa/Gilbert area, and Second Opinion Plumbing is the ONLY one that answered. They were able to get a plumbing technician out to get the faucet to stop running. The faucet did need replaced because the internal components broke and the screw was cold welded in the faucet. Charles had to literally saw the old faucet off to remove it. He was very professional, replaced our kitchen faucet quickly, and did a great job. I recommend this plumbing company over any other in the Mesa/Gilbert area because they answered the phone, fixed the problem, and I have yet to hear back from the other 9 plumbers that I called.

Amazing people and amazing service.

Our shower knob broke over the weekend inside our only bathroom. I called another plumbing service and had the same plumber come twice who told he was unable to shut off the water because my valve was corroded. He told me if I wanted to fix my shower I needed to fix that and shut off the water for the entire building. It was Tuesday already by this point. Appointment fees and time was wasted by now.

We decided to get a second opinion. We called Mr. Rooter. They told us there was no fee to come out to our apartment and check out the problem. Egzon was at our door in about and hour. We showed the problem to him. Showed him the valves and he told us we were being asked to repair a valve that was NOT the main shut off valve. The shut off valve was completely fine this entire time! I have had called my property manager to ask for a building water shut off and bother others for no reason.

Egzon got right away to work. He gave us estimates for our shower, for the valve if we wanted to replace anyways and another job I've been wanting to do but never got to it. All of it for way less than the original estimate the other guy gave me just for the knob (not to replace the entire shower faucet like Egzon did) and valve. He fixed our shower in less than an hour and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Lesson learned. I won't be calling anyone else for any of my plumbing needs! Mr. Rooter and Egzon are the best in the area.

I had 3 HVAC companies come out to estimate a furnace and ductwork replacement and repair to my AC lines. Frederick and sons was by far the most professional of the bunch. He followed up and was responsive to our needs. The rew was a pleasure to work with. There estimate was competitive and there service first rate.
Final bill contained no surprises, what we paid was what was quoted.

Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

Wheeler AC is the best! We called when our AC stopped working on Sunday. By Monday afternoon the technician had diagnosed the problem, replaced the fan capacitor and had us back in business. Five stars for sure!!

Downstairs ac went out, called my home warranty company and they gave the job to king. Day and a half later they sent a tech out, he replaced a capacitor and batteries in the t-stat, working, great, didn't check freeon, okay it's working so no biggie.

Came downstairs this am, less than 24 hours after it was repaired. Not working again, I called them back left a vm. They called back saying sorry, they don't roll trucks on the weekend and won't be able to get to us till Tuesday and won't put us to the front of the line even though it's a come back call. I will never use them again.

Scott was great, he came in fixed one issue in one of our units and we decided to let him get the other issues done in our other unit as well. He was able to diagnose and fix all issues without any hesitations! Scott is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable when it comes to all plumbing issues!

Wade came out a cpl of hours after I called. Made quick work of a clogged shower drain. I wouldn't hesitate to call again for any plumbing issue.

Service is ourstanding, every time, on time, mostly early! Clean, professional and ready to work!

Have hired these folks a couple of times over the years. Always impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of how to fix our plumbing problems. They are very communicative and fairly priced. Would recommend to a friends and family.
