Seem like a good company, but they didn’t know much about basement ground water sump pumps. They blamed Fulton homes for making the pipes too high and not giving enough voltage to the outlet to run the pump. At one point they basically told me that there’s nothing they could do. After giving them a week to fix it (went through home warranty) I had George Brazil come out and they had the pump up and running within a couple of hours. Az Preferred Plumbing also told my home warranty company the job was complete when I still had pipes cut and no pump installed. I thank George Brazil for their help in fixing my issue in a timely manner.

Plumbing issues in our condo...Cactus was able to have a plumber to our property within a few hours. The job ended up taking several days and the work was started the very next morning after initial assessment. We appreciate the great service.

Very understanding when our tenant stood them up. It's tough to manage a rental from across the country, and they were very professional about a situation that was my fault.Otherwise, they have been very responsive, have reasonable prices, and stand by their work.

My kitchen faucet broke and I could not get it to turn off. I called 10 different plumbers in the Mesa/Gilbert area, and Second Opinion Plumbing is the ONLY one that answered. They were able to get a plumbing technician out to get the faucet to stop running. The faucet did need replaced because the internal components broke and the screw was cold welded in the faucet. Charles had to literally saw the old faucet off to remove it. He was very professional, replaced our kitchen faucet quickly, and did a great job. I recommend this plumbing company over any other in the Mesa/Gilbert area because they answered the phone, fixed the problem, and I have yet to hear back from the other 9 plumbers that I called.

It's always tough balancing, can I do this myself? Vs. having someone do it for you. What I didn't realize was that not only would someone come do the work but would walk me through the how and why of the process so I felt more confident in the value provided. I would recommend mr. Rooter if that's the level of experience you're looking for.

Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. He took me step by step what needed to be done, gave me the price and fixed it all..!! I recommend them 100%

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.

We had a wonderful experience with Plumbing & A/C Medic. Our new house's water heater was shot and we needed help ASAP. We called them and they made it a priority to come the next day. First of all, Tom is the sweetest and most friendliest guy in the world. Tom came out, fixed our problem in pretty much a matter of minutes and we were not charge a ridiculous amount. This was so refreshing, as I had called 2 other plumbers, one said it was a calcium build up (he didn't even test anything so I have no idea where he determined it was calcium) and another was very adamant about us having more work done to our plumbing system than we wanted. Needless to say we will only be using this company from now on.
