This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. A few weeks back I had 2nd Opinion come out and replace the anode in my hot water heater. Our neighbor and friend's husband was out of town and she had called me to tell me her dishwasher wasn’t working and could I help. Perfect timing, Justin was kind enough to go over there with me after my service call and checked what he could. He did confirm it was getting hot water. Yesterday we noticed our hot water heater wasn’t heating. I had checked it but still no hot water. Called Justin and he was in the area and came by to check it. There was a loose wire to the heater element which he fixed - no charge. Really like this company!
