I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. Absolutely loved my experience with A Choice Plumbing. Technician was extremely detailed and considerate when providing my estimate, answered all of my questions, and within a few hours had my water heater replaced and my laundry room cleaned up of water and dirt. The plumber was to our house last Tuesday to maintain our reverse osmosis system. Said he needed parts and would call back with a cost estimate or to replace the unit and have not heard. Got the impression that he had bigger better deals to fry.

Our community waited weeks with no response. When we finally reach ALD they said they didnt know one of their techs was sick, would send a different tech out next day. That tech never showed up, we called again and we were told that tech had called out. Horrible communication!!
