My Furnace and AC unit both needed replacement, and the requirements were unusual. AZ Preferred Plumbing team gave a good quote covering all my needs without any sort of an up-sell. When it came to installation, They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. They were also courteous and left the place clean at the finish. This is the way all businesses should be run!

Bobby was amazing! He came over and quickly accessed our kitchen sink issue. He also was amazing and super patient with our 5 year old. He let him hold the flashlight and gave him a gold dollar coin at the end! Totally melted my heart! He also was honest and super knowledgable. Gave us really good tips for the future as well. He made us customers for life!! If we need any future plumbing we will only be calling him. Thank you!!

We had a couple of different issues going on at once. We received a few estimates from other companies that included tearing up concrete inside our home, and having dirt piled in places dirt should never be piled (inside bedrooms/bathrooms) to repair one of our problems.

My home was built in the 60’s, and we completed a remodel a couple of years ago (inspected pipes prior to remodel-no breaks). With the age of the home and recent remodel, cutting up the floor was not the most desirable option. After researching alternatives, I came across Perma-Liner’s website. I submitted an online inquiry and received a call back from Spencer at Cure All Plumbing a short time later. We scheduled an appointment for the next business day.

Spencer showed up on time, and we went over options for the needed repairs. I chose to have him quote the option that was the least intrusive to our home. Spencer went out to his truck and returned about 20 minutes later with an estimate. His estimate was a lot higher than the others. It was actually over twice as much as one. However, his estimate addressed both problems we had, and didn’t include destroying the inside of our home which comes with additional costs in itself. Seriously, the thought of having dirt piled inside with two active dogs was not appealing at all. My wife and daughters also came to mind.

I took a few hours to consider our options and do some research on Cure All. They have an A+ BBB rating, and the only negative reviews they received were related to the cost of the repairs, not the quality of work. In fact, I could not find one negative review regarding their work.

For reasons mentioned above, I chose Cure All to complete the repairs. They demoed one concrete slab in the middle of the patio outside, dug two huge holes in two different locations down to the sewer line on my property, lined the pipes with CIPP liner, installed 4 new cleanouts (my home didn’t have any), back filled both holes, and poured the concrete back for the patio. All of this in four days. Then, returned one more day to complete the repairs for the broken pipe under the bathroom floor. During the last day, Spencer made an additional repair to a drainpipe that was found leaking while doing work in our hall bath at no additional charge.

All work completed was done professionally, and without any question regarding quality. All service techs were friendly, courteous, and hard working. Great crew!

A few days after all repairs were completed, we had an unexpected problem with the repaired pipes under our bathroom. This was at 5:30 pm on the Thursday before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I contacted Spencer immediately via text message with a photo, and he responded within one minute. He was at my house 30 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked till after 8pm to resolve it, returning the following Monday to finish up.

I can accept that not all repairs go as planned. In my opinion, how a someone responds to an unplanned event, is more important than the event itself. Problems with pipes can be fixed. Problems with people’s attitudes are very rarely fixable. I was extremely impressed with the response when we ran into this issue. Spencer worked late on the eve of an extended holiday weekend. He stayed focused on the task at hand and did it all with a courteous and professional demeanor.

Cure All Plumbing is a trustworthy company! Great customer service! Honest, accountable, professional, courteous, and friendly technicians. A company with all these qualities is hard to find. You might find someone to make your repairs for less money, but you’ll be hard pressed to find a better company. Quality of materials and labor come at a cost. Our job was completed in 5 days. Other companies weren’t even able to start before Cure All had the job done.

If you choose Cure All Plumbing, you will not regret it. I will definitely use them again, and I won’t hesitate recommending them to family and friends in need of repairs.

It took 20 years of living in Arizona to find honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, plumber with exceptional work ethics and unparalleled craftsmanship. Mark is the best plumber around here. We have used his services twice now you can literally tell by the look of his work how well the repair was done. First time I ran into crisis while having washer and dryer delivered with the watter connection being corroded and leaking. The appliance delivery people literally left me hanging with this problem and the excitement of getting new washer and dryer quickly turned into nightmare. Mark understood the urgency of this situation and extended his work day, just to come help us. I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise as I literally had watter leaking and I wasn't sure how long I could keep up with drying it so that the tile underneath wouldn't get damaged. Robert is a complete gentleman and was nothing but cordial and friendly. He showed up 10 minutes early which in my experience technicians incessantly show up late. He immediately addressed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He also made recommendations on some of my other bathroom areas that needed some work which I greatly appreciated. Waterex Plumbing has been our goto for our plumbing needs. The first time we utilized them was to help with a slab leak. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

Be aware they charge a $75 fee for anything after 5p and weekends. Called another local business az quality plumbing and they were out at 530 fixing a problem.
