Best Plumbing System in Chandler AZ

Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

Alex saved the day. My water heater suddenly quit. I called several plumbers and got several very high quotes. Alex showed up and installed the same system that I got very high quotes on at a much more reasonable price. Also Alex and his employee started at 6pm and worked until 9pm getting my water heater installed because I was out of hot water. I didn't expect him to do that, but am very grateful that they did. They did a very nice job on the install and answered all my questions. Would recommend 1000%

Mark was professional, courteous and a life savor. He came out on a moments notice and worked way past your typical business hours. He got the job done quickly and effeciently. I wouldnt say he is the most affordable but I dont think he overcharged me either. He was fair. I wouldnt hesitate at all hiring him again!

AZ Preferred Plumbing technician was very up front with the cost and how we would be notified that someone would be on their way. When technician showed up he had an idea of what the issue was and fixed our AC. He was professional, kind and transparent.

Had a plumbing issue with two toilets over the past weekend and Danny came over and resolved my issues in less than three hours and was fair and transparent with pricing and the process.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

This company was absolutely AMAZING in diagnosing our plumbing issue. Our technicians name was Brian Schneider and he was OUTSTANDING! Wonderful customer service, extremely respectful and prompt in diagnosing the issues we had. We had one other company come out prior to Brian and they were through our home warranty problem and my gosh that other company was a JOKE! Brian showed up ready to work even though it was so late in the day, he worked so hard the entire time and found multiple problems that the other company missed completely!!!! If we could give them ten stars thanks to Brian we absolutely would!! Thank you so much!!
