Our garage flooded after our hot water heater went out. The owner came out right away and explained all of our options and stopped the flooding. I’ve had bad experiences with other plumbers in the past who charged insane amounts of money by the hour and found a way to extend the time it took. This company did a great job assessing and evaluation our residential leak. They were at my house within a few days of calling. The problem was very difficult to resolve. They took the time to thoroughly assess and come up with the best solution, providing the least amount of damage and expense to our home. I had a leak from my pool last year. I called American leak detection and they were amazing. They found the problem and fixed it. Yesterday I called Leslie as I found a big leak in my side yard close to the pump. I thought I have another leak. Leslie schedule the appointment and asked me to do the bucket test to make sure I have a leak. I did the bucket test and found no leak in my pool. It was something else leaking. So thank you Leslie for being honest and so helpful. I really appreciate your quick response, your honesty and how friendly you are.
