Best Plumbing Slab Leak in Chandler AZ

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Had a little accident with a water line in the wall while installing a shower curtain. Kyle from Second Opinion Plumbing provided instructions over the phone to shut the water off and responded extremely fast (within an hour) and fixed the leak. Very friendly, professional and fast! I truly appreciated his transparency, because he saved me a lot of money on unnecessary work another company said I needed to have done which was not true. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

Amazing service! We're in the process of completing moving our kitchen to what was our living room. Nick re-ran our water lines, main drain, installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposer. He was very helpful giving us time after running the new lines so we could get the new cabinet installed and came back same day to finish the install of the sink, faucet and disposer. We will definitely use Norfleet Plumbing in the future and would refer them to friends and family. :)

I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.
