I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Simply the most professional plumbing service I ever had. Mark was prompt and knowledgeable, he helped educate me on better maintenance practices to increase the longevity of my new water heater.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

I’m pretty sure all of these positive reviews about Cactus Valley plumbing are fake.. I hired Cactus Valley to install a tub and a few other things and it was a disaster. When they installed the bath tub the overflow drain was not assembled.  When the water was filled to the top of the tub it drained straight into the wall.  The worst part is the plumber knew it wasn’t assembled properly because he couldn’t get the overflow face plate to go on because the drain wasn’t aligned over the tub hole so he used WOOD SCREWS to screw the trim straight through the pipe!! (Pictures attached). We didn’t discover this until after we had tiled the entire bathroom, so in order to fix the issue with the drain we had to cut a hole in the exterior wall on the outside of the house so my new plumber could cut out the pipe and put a new drain in.  I spoke with Kaylor the owner of Cactus plumbing and I’ve never experienced an owner so indifferent to his customers and their experiences with his company. He offered no reconciliation, basically just said he would not pay for the damages or offer a refund. I asked about the giant hole in my siding and stucco and he said there was nothing he could do and hung up. Not sure if this is a dying business or the company is having financial struggles but avoid this company at all cost. I’ve never had a service company be so negligent and then make no effort to resolve the damages they caused. My wife and I are paying a lot of money out of pocket to fix the problems caused by Cactus Valley Plumbing.

My bathtub was clogged today, and I called Beach Plumbing and spoke to a very nice guy who offered to come out right away. He was at our house quick and fixed the clog. The water flows perfectly now down the drain. Highly recommend this company. Fast, Friendly, and quality.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

The technician arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable about his work, helpful in explaining the process of work to fix our water heater. Knowledgeable and professional. He make sure that everything was done properly.

Vets came out when my septic tank backed up. The tank lid was not put on correctly and it caused it to collapse. Steve reset the lid and pumped out the dirt so we can use it. They are coming out Tuesday to seal the lid and install a riser.

These folks are terrific! Have had them do several projects around our home. Always show up when they say they will, they use quality materials and products, and their rates are reasonable! Highly recommend!

Todd, the plumber, was a total professional. He assessed our problem, gave us a fair quote and fixed the problem - which included fixing a poor previous toilet install. I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I’ve had over couldn’t seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

They didn’t show up when scheduled. No calls from the business to explain what was going on after waiting 4 hours for the appointment and find out that supposedly the guy never showed up for work. They seem more concerned about the new sales then servicing existing customers.
