Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Sam did a fantastic job of replacing two toilets on very short notice. Not only did he respond quickly to my message on a Saturday, but drove an hour the following day to complete the job. He got the job done quickly and thoroughly cleaned up after he was done. Sam is very knowledgeable, professional, and honest and I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Rich! We hired him to replace some hoses and valves on our water heater and also install a temperature relief valve and line. He also installed an RO system for us under our kitchen sink. He was very easy to work with, on time for the estimate and repairs, flexible with our schedule and fair on his pricing. Alex was recommended to me by the countertop company who replaced my counters. I needed someone to reconnect the plumbing and go from a double sink to a single sink with garbage disposal. I needed someone during the labor day holiday weekend and Alex agreed to take the job when other companies were only taking emergencies. He did a great job in a timely fashion and is also really nice and friendly. We chatted the entire time while he worked. He also cleaned up and took all the trash and old parts with him, so less work for me! I am really impressed and grateful he was able to help me during a holiday weekend.
