Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend. Based on tech's description, Home Warranty declined my claim saying I broke it. It's a gas shut off valve and gas was leaking into my house so yeah, I had to muscle the thing closed. Then these guys charged me $155 on top of service call fee of $75 to replace a $15 part (I check at HD tonight) and it took less than 10 minutes to replace. Paying $225 for this is ridiculous. Even $155 is a ripoff.

They run business in such an unprofessional, foolish and fraudery way. really embarassed for them.
