This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

My family has been using Alexander's Plumbing for 6 years. They do periodic maintenance on our hot water heater, installed a salt water softening system and home filtering system, installed a garbage disposal, installed raised toilets, replaced shower cartridges etc. I had originally contracted for a plumber six years ago for a service call and the plumber never showed. I came across Alexander's Plumbing through a social media request looking for a plumber. During our latest call, Alexander's Plumbing identified a failed recirculation pump manifold and replaced it. Alexander's Plumbing is a family owned business. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of all of our plumbing related needs. I highly recommend this business!

I would highly recommend their service. They came out to do a drain inspection because the tree in our front year had busted the main sewer line. I didn't even know this was possible. I recently moved into my new house and set up a plumber who was supposed to come out and look at my pipes. He never showed up and it took me several days to figure out what happened. I was having an issue with my water heater yesterday so I called my home warranty and they would not send anyone out to my house until the next business day since it was not a true emergency. I have tenants with small children living at the property and needed the water heater fixed asap. A good friend of mine referred me to Second Opinion Plumbing. I called them last night around 7:15pm and was greeted by a warm welcoming voice eager to help me with my water heater issue. I briefly gave him the rundown on what was going on and with no hesitation he asked for my address and said he would be over in 20 minutes. The technician was able to fix my water heater within 15-20 mins of being there. He also took the time to show me what the problem was and explained ways on how I could help this issue from happening again in the future. I was left with excellent service from an outstanding technician who gives pretty solid high fives on the way out the door.

I would HIGHLY recommend Second Opinion Plumbing to everyone in the area with hopes they are able to work with Justin who was the top notch technician who came to my rescue with such short notice. Absolutely terrible. $450 to detect a pool leak. Spent 20 minutes at my house and marked a spot. I waited 6 weeks for them to send the report so I could give it to the repair company. No leak within 4 foot radius. Company said 5 foot radius needed and no warranty since it had been more than 30 days. They waited to send me the report till after the warranty expired just in case it was wrong. Negative 5 stars would still be too nice.
