Rich Delaney was the technician that serviced my HVAC 2 units and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his second time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my units. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed working for Emergency Air and I believe he is an excellent representative of his company. I also would like to state Summer was very helpful in making arrangements and follow-up for this service.

My A/C stopped blowing cold air on a hot Monday night in June. They sent a tech out on Tuesday who figured out it was the blower motor and on Wednesday they had obtained a replacement and installed it. Good prompt work and no issues getting my warranty fulfilled. Only issue was that on Monday night the on-call tech never picked up the phone even though I called several times. Glad to have cold air again though.

Jonathon was able to identify the source of the water leak in the shower, expedite the part, and solve the problem within 48 hours. He lived up to everything he promised and did it in a courteous and professional manner. I would recommend his work to anyone.
