A technician from Penguin Air tried to convince me to buy a new water heater. It would have cost $1800 with all discounts. Called CTR Plumbing to get a second opinion. Turned out to be still in good condition despite being 8 years old. You know how much it cost me for the water heater to be checked? Zero! Yes, you are reading that right. The logic was that because there was nothing to repair, there was no need to charge. He even said that my water heater should be good for another year or two. His prices are lower than the rest of his competition due to having less overhead. He is honest and his prices are lower than most. If there are any future plumbing issues, I will definitely call CTR Plumbing. Give him a call so that you do not have to pay more than you should.

I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!) If you want a job done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, and want a REASONABLE PRICE, and a timely response...don't wait like I did....CALL ROB NOW!

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

Excellent plumber! Helped us remodel our kitchen, including changing the footprint by cutting the slab and reworking the plumbing lines. Highly recommend based on competence, and professionalism. His pricing is fair, we had several bids with some higher and some lower, but he did the job right and right on time! It was excellent value. He was quite helpful to other contractors on the job as well and even corrected a mistake made by someone else.

Dave and Bob are honest and reliable guys. They did a great job on some challenging repairs at my home. Will be calling them in the future for sure.

I contracted with Huey and Experts in Home Construction to essentially move a wall in a room addition. It wasn’t a big job, but required several city inspections to complete. It was a pretty stressful undertaking not only because of the city bureaucratic hurdles, but because it was also during the pandemic when finding available contractors was not easy and so I had to wait longer than I wanted to get the work done.

That said, Huey ultimately came through and his crew did quality work. The project finished under the projected budget with some alterations to the original plan and the finished work blended well with previously existing construction. The crew worked hard and they did good daily cleanups as well as the final one. I was very happy with the final result. Thanks, Huey!

This is the worst plumbing company I have ever seen, and I would 100% suggest finding someone else. The woman who answers the phone - Lindsay - is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Literally told me I wasn't paying for the repairs because my home warranty was. Gee, I wonder who pays my home warranty? Phenomenally rude. As to our issue, it took them several days to even send someone out to check out our unit, the guy almost electrocuted himself on my unit, and then he talked about having to cut through the walls on our unit. Then they had to reschedule for the end of the week to change out a hot water heater, and gave us outrageous estimates above $500 for new piping, etc. Never even told us what they were replacing the unit with, no discussion of options. Gave us a window of 1 - 5, still sitting here at the end of that time frame, all Lindsay says is - He's on another job. Really, I couldn't have guessed. So, they'd be at our place until nighttime repairing a hot water heater? So, a week and a half later, no service, still sitting her without hot water, and dealing with incompetent morons. Worst company I've ever seen.

They didn’t show up when scheduled. No calls from the business to explain what was going on after waiting 4 hours for the appointment and find out that supposedly the guy never showed up for work. They seem more concerned about the new sales then servicing existing customers.
