He was knowledgeable, assuring and everything he promised came true. Every person from AZ Preferred Plumbing wore a mask, was friendly, and highly competent. The plumbers did a masterful job and the city inspector was very impressed. AZ Preferred Plumbing actually corrected the work done by another company 9 months earlier. We discovered a pretty bad leaky pipe that went to our hose out back- called Rich (the owner) that day, which was on a Saturday, and they came out first thing Monday morning. His colleague, Jason, was friendly and walked us through what he was going to do. His service was quick and and the work was top-notch quality. And their price was more than fair! I had 3 HVAC companies come out to estimate a furnace and ductwork replacement and repair to my AC lines. Frederick and sons was by far the most professional of the bunch. He followed up and was responsive to our needs. The rew was a pleasure to work with. There estimate was competitive and there service first rate.
Final bill contained no surprises, what we paid was what was quoted.
