Scott was great, he came in fixed one issue in one of our units and we decided to let him get the other issues done in our other unit as well. He was able to diagnose and fix all issues without any hesitations! Scott is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable when it comes to all plumbing issues!

I found Ryan's website quite by accident. Decided to give him a try as their family story just touched me so much. Not only the first job was done well and thorough, he showed up on time, was commucative and responsive. I immediately booked him to replace my kitchen faucet, the water valves and also the RO faucet. He ended up spending more time on them as my system was old and outdated. He had to modify solutions as he encountered new problems. Still, he did an excellent job in a timely manner. I find Ryan a rare gem in this industry. He is honest and professional. I have total confidence in him and will continue to use his services for all the repairs I need in my home.

They were able to complete a couple of jobs for us. In only 5 days, they was able to demo a wall in a guest room and put up a new wall to build the walk in master closet. This was a full remodel and everything turned out perfect.

Our water heater had a leak coming from the Honeywell temp control panel. I've heard they've had problems occasionally and it wouldn't be too hard to fix. I called multiple plumbers to see if they could repair and/or give us estimates on water heaters. Sadly most only gave estimates on new hot water heaters and or high prices for the repair parts.

I talked to Jake from First Plumbing over the phone and he understood where the leak was coming from and offered to bring out the part for the same visit as the estimates for a possible replacement water heater.

When he came out Jake able to change out the part for 1/4th of the price that the other plumbers quote just for the parts, and that is without their additional service charge. He did a great job and showed us where the part failed and how the parts worked in tandem. He was pleasant and down to earth, we felt happy getting the repairs done as well as information on estimates should we ever need to replace our unit. I am definitely considering using their services again.

It has been 4 days since the part was changed. Our hot water is still working well, no leaks, no issues. :)
