Very responsive and professional staff!

Always on time and very good at explaining issues. Their client management system is setup very well with confirmations, appointment reminders and ETA’s provided when a tech is en route. When the service is completed they send a full report with pictures. Personally speaking they weren’t the first or second company I called but they are who I chose. 1 repair done and 1 maintence service completed now and I’m still very happy with my decision. Second Choice was the third plumbing company I called to look at my bathroom issues. After receiving extremely high quotes for work that did not seem relevant to the problem, I was thrilled to have Brian quote a very reasonable amount, fix the problem and show me the video as he ran the camera through the cleared pipes. He gave me written quotes for other plumbing issues I have been dealing with and might want to address in the near future. Brian was very patient, professional and thorough. I will definitely call Second Choice again, and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Needed some drain cleaning information

Rich is amazing! I needed a new water heater and he told me the pros and cons to all types of water heaters. I also had him install an RO system and a water softener in my house. He made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. We had a small hiccup with the RO system and he rearranged his schedule to make sure that everything was fixed and resolved as quickly as possible. I trust Rich and Streamline Plumbing AZ with all of my plumbing needs. If he can't help me, he has someone for the job and isn't afraid to pass it to someone else. Thanks Rich for everything!

They were very responsive and did deligence on finding the issue. They came out on Tuesday to discuss the issue and look at the shower, then Wednesday to eliminate other issues and then completed the repair on Thursday.

Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. He took me step by step what needed to be done, gave me the price and fixed it all..!! I recommend them 100%

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!
