I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Danny was amazing!! He came out on a Sunday, was extremely informative, polite and explained every step he was working on. Will definitely keep them as my go-to plumber. Prices were straight forward and reasonable.

We called Hansen Family Plumbing and Air at 4:45, just before they closed. Brittany answered the phone and was incredibly friendly helping us get an appointment set up for a new water heater. Robert F was our technician and showed up right at the beginning of the time window. Showed us our options without making us feel pressured. We had them install the new water heater and they were able to do it immediately. When Robert was on his way they send you a picture along with a quick description of who is coming to your house. Customer service was through the roof. Pricing was also right in line with what we expected. Definitely worth the phone call for any plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

Had my water heater go out while my wife is on vacation technician came out, replaced the water heater, fast courteous polite you would be hard-pressed to find another company that had this much integrity and class. So if you want any quality plumbing work done call streamline you can’t go wrong.

Had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling and replaced it promptly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

My wife and I noticed a water valve that had malfunctioned and was leaking water through our outdoor drip system.

Dax came in, accurately assessed the issue, and performed his 5-star quality work in a short amount of time! The problem was fixed right away, and the work done looks to be very high quality!

Called and talked to someone who was rude. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Called a different plumber and got it done at a fraction of the price.

Our community waited weeks with no response. When we finally reach ALD they said they didnt know one of their techs was sick, would send a different tech out next day. That tech never showed up, we called again and we were told that tech had called out. Horrible communication!!

Be aware they charge a $75 fee for anything after 5p and weekends. Called another local business az quality plumbing and they were out at 530 fixing a problem.
