This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

We realized our hot water heater wasn’t working. Within 40 minutes, Gavin arrived at our house and diagnosed the problem. Our hot water heater was old, and so we decided to just replace it. Gavin was extremely kind, quick, and left the workspace clean. All said and done, I think from our phone call to completion of work was only 2.5 hours. We will be loyal customers for a long time.

Bobby was amazing! He came over and quickly accessed our kitchen sink issue. He also was amazing and super patient with our 5 year old. He let him hold the flashlight and gave him a gold dollar coin at the end! Totally melted my heart! He also was honest and super knowledgable. Gave us really good tips for the future as well. He made us customers for life!! If we need any future plumbing we will only be calling him. Thank you!!

Mark fixed a wax ring issue on a toilet in my house. He was very courteous, punctual, and communicated everything effectively including cost. I will definitely use Hansen Family Plumbing and Air again. From the initial call to the follow up texts, etc, the service was great!

They added another $125 to the cost of changing a sink faucet. Customer service/friendliness was non existent.
I couldn't go upstairs when the plumber said he had to run the water to get it all out before working on the faucet.
My tub faucet magically turned on itself according to them and my ceiling downstairs was filled with water and ruined. They refuse to pay for the fix. I even offered just a cosmetic fix rather than a full expensive repair. Their response we won't fix it.
I had a guest over between the plumber sink replacement and the next day when the ceiling was filled up and dripped on the floor from several areas
When I had them look at the damage they happened to have a person that could fix it. They came out and said it would be at least $5,000 and it would have to be blocked off for 3 days. I don't feel comfortable with them.

I wanted to give a shout out to Rich the owner of Streamline Plumbing. I heard a sound coming from the laundry room and wasn’t sure if it was a dripping or banging sound. Rich came out and assessed it. Besides being very personable and punctual Rich was efficient, professional and thoroughly cleaned up after my service call. Waterex Plumbing has been our goto for our plumbing needs. The first time we utilized them was to help with a slab leak. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

Quick friendly and professional service

This was a big expensive job but the price was reasonable and competitive. We had a 150ft septic line ran, toilet and sink installed. Robbie and crew was out there digging in 113 degree weather.
They were professional and did a great job. I called 3 contractors and they provided the best customer service from the start. Customer service goes a long ways and it’s important to me as I’m a small business owner as well.

Only item is that water heater is turned a bit so can not get a panel easily and not center on bottom water collection mat.

I had a leak from my pool last year. I called American leak detection and they were amazing. They found the problem and fixed it. Yesterday I called Leslie as I found a big leak in my side yard close to the pump. I thought I have another leak. Leslie schedule the appointment and asked me to do the bucket test to make sure I have a leak. I did the bucket test and found no leak in my pool. It was something else leaking. So thank you Leslie for being honest and so helpful. I really appreciate your quick response, your honesty and how friendly you are.
