They used the best technology to camera and identify leak and helped come up with most cost effective and efficient way to repair my broken pipe. Cure all was transparent with pricing any extent of damage. I would definitely use them again for my next plumbing issue.

Sean was excellent. He explained the workings of the water softener system in detail. Being as the existing unit requires replacement, he provided information on various replacement units. He was very patient while enduring the incompetence of the Old Republic Warranty company rep.

This is the second time I have used this company and have not been disappointed either time. They installed a new AC unit at my business and then repaired an outside broken water pipe at my home. They had to work in unbelievable conditions ...115 degrees and had to dig 25 feet from house to street. Work was done well. Clean up was unbelievable. Kudos to both Justin and Austin!! Situation: Day before Christmas Eve. Both kids home from college. I get home from dropping dog off at groomer and as I close the car door, I hear water dripping in the garage section with the water heater. Yup - water heater dead and leaking. I call one company, they can be out tomorrrow. I call Mr Rooter. They will have someone at the house in an hour! Yes!! Dan Dein shows up in 55 minutes! Problem diagnosed, measurements taken, price agreed on in 15 minutes. Dan Dein has the entire job complete in 3 hours from show up to driving away. I have hot water in less then 45 mins.
