I am a first time homeowner and I was looking for someone to do plumbing work on my house. We had just moved in and were not sure where to start. My friend recommended Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They came out to my house the same day I called them and did an inspection of my pipes and plumbing system. They told me what needs to be done and how much it would cost me. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The next week they came back out to do the repairs and everything went well. I will definitely recommend this company!

We have used AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC twice this year for urgent drain problems in our old house. They came quickly and worked hard. Our first problem was hard to diagnose and we were impressed with the plumber's diligence. Our problems were expensive, but the repairs were necessary. We are pleased with their service. We will use them again when needed (but I REALLY hope that we won't).

I initially had to work with Jayson to get the work done the right way and a little over a year later I am having the same isssue. I have been communicating with Jayson and Cure All Plumbing trying to get the work done properly but to no avail. They do not stand by their work and I highly recommend going with another plumber.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Had an appt scheduled for noon. Got a call saying he would be a little late. No contact until 3:20 pm when I texted to ask when he would get here. He said he would be here in 30-40 min. Things happen I understand but better communication would have been nice. when he arrived he checked out the sink in need of replacement and told me there would be ~ $150 additional charge to the originally estimated $215. I said I wasn’t comfortable with that and I didn’t want to move forward so he said he would charge me $150 because that was the minimum charge for a visit. I said he really didn’t do anything so $150 seems expensive. So he changed the cost to $90. On a side note the plumber reeked of cigarettes.

Main sewage line backup at 11:30pm during a pandemic on a Saturday night. Their tech Ken was our here and fixed the issue right away, very professional, good communication, and the price was beyond fair. Best experience I have ever had with home repairs ! I sent a couple of pictures of the problem so they could get an idea of what was wrong.. They quoted a price over the phone and stuck to that price even after it was revealed there would be a bit more involved in the installation. We did everything by text ! I never had to get on the phone ! They were on time and on task. Extremely professional and the representative that came to do the install was very kind and very polite. I hope I never need more work done but if I do I won't use anyone other than Streamline Plumbing ! They are the best in the business !
