I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend their service. They came out to do a drain inspection because the tree in our front year had busted the main sewer line. I didn't even know this was possible. Lawsons plumbing did a great job replacing our water heater. I believe that his name was Chris, when he tried to drain the heater it was so plugged that it took quite a bit of effort, but he got it done. He was very professional and was more than willing to answer all questions. I would definitely use them for any future plumbing issues and highly recommend them.

I wasn’t in a fun situation with water essentially hemorrhaging underground somewhere in front of my house. Dekota was able to help walk me through a diagnosis of what was happening, options, an estimate, and a recommendation over the phone. When he came out he was friendly and great to work with, and communicated really well what was happening and why he was taking his approach. It’s never fun to need a big plumbing job, but I felt better about it with the solid communication and quick work.
