Mark was fantastic! He was knowledgable and able to identify our issue quickly when other plumbers could not. We had snake head break off in our drain from before we bought our home. Other plumbers thought we needed complete sewer line replacement at 5k+ per line. Mark knew within minutes by sending down his camera during the complimentary consultation. I do not know how this company has such good reviews. First off they never show up on time, the first time we called them the tech didn’t show up until midnight and was here till 3am. It was absolutely ridiculous. We had a new tub and shower installed after a bad leak and they did the worst job. They didn’t check their work and of course there was another leak. Now after a few months the new shower and tub looks absolutely awful because of the poor work they did. We called them out to fix it, but getting them to show up on time is absolutely impossible. They make you wait around all day and don’t answer their phone.

I had Keith H from Mr. Rooter come out after another plumber couldn't fix my problem...even added to it. He arrived at my house 40 mins after I called. Keith was experienced and knowledgable, explained and showed me everything that needed to be done...didn't press me for extra services and gave me an estimate. He corrected my stopped up sinks and fixed the other problems created by previous plumber. He was a personable and polite person...someone you're happy to have in your home. I'll ask for him again, and Mr. Rooter will be my plumber in the future. 7-14-17

There was a leakage in our main pipeline. We thought that this would lead to digging the yard and changing the entire pipeline. I called Blue Wolf plumbing. They pulled the new water lines through the old water lines. This way it saved us from having to tear up our yard and repair and replace landscaping. They just put a couple of holes to get to the water lines and that's it. And filled the holes back in when they're done and did the clean-up

Had a pipe break inside of a wall near my sink. Mike fixed it up better than new and came within a few hours of my call. Honest plumber that is fair in pricing and service.
