The company is good and I have used it before.
The plumber who was sent this time was not very knowledgeable though. I have a Fleck 5600 water Softener he said he was not familiar with it.
If he is a plumber and was sent to work on a water Softener he has to have a good general knowledge of the different systems available.

Much to my surprise Jamie showed up in a half hour,after being told by another co. it would be days before anyone could come.He was very pleasant while shooting the breeze while he worked.Job was done quickly and efficiently. I know who I'll call again when needed. Thank you!

Called after struggling to remove a shower cartridge for two hours! Call was answered and followed by another to tell me a plumber was dispatched. Absolutely terrible. $450 to detect a pool leak. Spent 20 minutes at my house and marked a spot. I waited 6 weeks for them to send the report so I could give it to the repair company. No leak within 4 foot radius. Company said 5 foot radius needed and no warranty since it had been more than 30 days. They waited to send me the report till after the warranty expired just in case it was wrong. Negative 5 stars would still be too nice.

The drain in my bathroom sink was completely clogged. I poured so many different chemicals down the drain and nothing was working. Elite Rooter sent Isaac Solis to my rescue. He was on time, very polite, professionally, and knowledgeable. Isaac got the job done quickly. Now hopefully my girls won't put anything else down the drain.
