My family has been using Alexander's Plumbing for 6 years. They do periodic maintenance on our hot water heater, installed a salt water softening system and home filtering system, installed a garbage disposal, installed raised toilets, replaced shower cartridges etc. I had originally contracted for a plumber six years ago for a service call and the plumber never showed. I came across Alexander's Plumbing through a social media request looking for a plumber. During our latest call, Alexander's Plumbing identified a failed recirculation pump manifold and replaced it. Alexander's Plumbing is a family owned business. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of all of our plumbing related needs. I highly recommend this business!

Frank provides quality service at very reasonable prices. We had him move 2 bathroom drains and relocate 2 water valves and a drain vent. He was able to get my job scheduled and completed within the week. He had everything he needed to compete the job on hand and he was able to complete it quickly and professionally. Mark came to our rescue (again), this time for a major slab leak in our home. He isolated the problem, contacted a specialist leak detector who was great, and got us in a position where we could get along until the leak was found. Once located, he came back, repiped the bad segment, and had us fully working in no time. We wholeheartedly recommend Mark, as he is truly “top notch”!

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

I called at 10:00 am this morning and Lou was at my house by 11:30 am which was critical since my kitchen had a leak. I asked him if could also do some additional work and he had it all done very quickly. I thought the price was fair for the great service I received. I know very little about plumbing so I always wonder if I am being sold a bunch of stuff I don't need and I didn't get that impression with City Wide Plumbing.

This company has horrible customer service and ethics. They insist on charging twice for not finishing the first job they are sent out to. While confronting them about this work ethic they simply argue saying it must be a separate event without even offering or trying to come back out to finish the leak detection they were originally paid for. IF they did it right the first time they wouldn't have to had come back out. The office personnel also are very rude they have no customer service skills. While trying to communicate this problem they would not listen. If American leak detection does not complete the first job that has been paid for then BBB complaint will be next.
