I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Quick friendly and professional service

This is the second time we called Top Notch Plumbing for a drain issue (different drain issue). Gavin was on time, on task and cleaned my laundry drain properly. I had tried to clean it myself without success and after a lot of frustration I called Top Notch. I’m happy with the service and price and will call them again if I have a plumbing problem in the future.

Plumbers are professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Office staff kept me updated regarding appointments and what technicians would be arriving. I am new to this area and was extremely pleased with the service. You have a customer for life.

Rich was the Technician that came to 2 of our Fresenius Kidney Care locations today. He repaired 2 Eyewash Stations and did a really nice job customizing the drains so that they drained properly. He was great. Highly Recommend.

This provider scheduled me in right away, I like that there is a two hour window instead of the usual three or four. Got a call 30 minutes prior to them coming, the repairs were done quickly, efficiently and were cheaper than what I was quoted from another provider. I will definitely use them again.

Really pricy and the person who did the repair left a huge mess. Like black soot and melted plastic all over my bathroom. This company doesn't seem to have actual employees, but instead is a referral to independents, which helps them avoid accountability. Definitely don't recommend.

Called and made an appoint for this morning. Charles showed up first thing in the morning. Did a great job of not only finding the clog, but also discussing the problem, short term and long term solutions.

I had found an issue with the clogged pipe and he was kind enough to connect the piece for me as well.

Hopefully I won't need their (or Charles) services for a while but if I do, I now have a company that I can trust going forward

Just wanted to send a big shout out to Don for helping with my shower plumbing and fixture - I appreciate the time and effort taken to get it operating the right way. Don is a gem! He even answered other questions I had about a separate shower and sent me pictures for reference. The absolute best! Waterex Plumbing has been our goto for our plumbing needs. The first time we utilized them was to help with a slab leak. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

I had a leak from my pool last year. I called American leak detection and they were amazing. They found the problem and fixed it. Yesterday I called Leslie as I found a big leak in my side yard close to the pump. I thought I have another leak. Leslie schedule the appointment and asked me to do the bucket test to make sure I have a leak. I did the bucket test and found no leak in my pool. It was something else leaking. So thank you Leslie for being honest and so helpful. I really appreciate your quick response, your honesty and how friendly you are.
