Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC was great through the whole process. Good solid quote during initial research that aligned with the final delivery and installation. Their installation professional, David, was amazing. He arrived in less that 1 hour after initial call, had everything he needed, was extremely knowledgeable and clean. His installation was fast and on point all the way through the whole things and he walked me through need to know areas and things to keep an eye on after installation. Cannot say enough about this company and their extremely professional installation technicians.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

They are suppose to be a Phyn qualified business they installed the Phyn I had purchased and did we installed it up to you to get it functioning what a joke talked to the owner and his reply was sorry you feel that way lousy company no customer service that helps in any way

I am glad I am not the only one that's had a bad experience with American Leak Detection. Just take look at their reviews. HORRIBLE..
It's hard to imagine that they have been at my house 16 times and I still have a leak in my pool and spa. We started this back in Oct and it's now April. They had to come out 10 times to determine where a leak was in my spa. Each time they found a leak. Which tells me they don't do a thorough job and check your spa and pool the FIRST time. It also tells me they don't check everything. They find a leak and stop there..After 4 spa repairs and 1 pool repair both are still leaking. The last technician asked if I can run 3 bucket tests and call the office back to schedule him to come back out. The owner, Keith, calls me and says he needs to charge me to dispatch a tech. Are you serious? He tells me he's lost money on my job. I told him how is this my problem. It should take 16 visits and 4 different techs to determine where a leak is coming from. He was actually blaming me for something I paid for that wasn't fixed the first time.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Techs are incompetent and the owner, Keith, doesn't reason with customer's.
