I was having issues with my hot water heater. I thought I’d have to get a whole new one after the first guy who quoted me came out. Something was telling me to get a second opinion. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

We had a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink; it had busted about a year and a half ago, and my husband did his best to fix it. The previous owner had replaced some piping but used the wrong materials. Kenneth from Lawson Family Plumbing came out, fixed it in minutes, and let us know that it was such an easy fix that he wouldn't even want to charge us. We had a wonderful experience, and were given a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival. We will be using Lawson Family Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Kyle was at our house to install a pump and new mister system on our back patio. He was quick to fit me in on his way home to give me an estimate over the phone as I was hoping to have it set up by the following weekend when I got home. He was able to get all the parts ordered and set up the mister system the day I got back in town. He was quick, informative and incredibly accommodating. We found some water spots on our ceiling and we decided to have water leak detection service as precautions. We hired Plumbing Bear as per their ratings and reviews and i must say they were truly professionals and kind. They arrived on same day of our call and they had all the necessary equipment in their van. They inspected whole house and found all the leaks and started repairing it. They completed the whole work in two and a half day.Thank you guys for great job.

I would give less than 1 star if I could!
I had my appointment for weeks and they canceled .I called back and the tec went home and is on vacation for all next week. And no one has his number. I have used this company a lot and they have put me in a terrible spot because the employee wanted to start his vacation early! Use another company you can count on.
