This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.

Wow. What a gem of an employee you have in Gerald Largo. Never in all the time having maintenance done have i had such a friendly, thorough, honest person come to my house. I was just amazed at the time he took to get my ac in tip top shape and clean. He took pictures of before and after and explained everything in detail. I definitely want him back to do my service. I know it was a warranty service call but the job he did i wouldn't of mind paying again as I've never seen my ac that clean inside and out after a service. ( but thats okay dont bill me lol). Anyway i can not say enough about this young man and how he interacted with us and the AC. I would give him 10 ⭐️ on 5 ⭐️ scale. Thank you emergency air for sending such a great technician. Dont lose this one to competition.
