Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

We recently had a leak in our garage and we called Alexander's Plumbing to come out and take a look. They came out and within an hour were able to identify where the leak was coming from and fix the issue. They also helped us with a clog we had in our kitchen sink. We felt they were very professional and were surprised when we saw the bill as we had expected to pay significantly more. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

We have always had a great experience with Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They showed the afternoon they said they would, took his time and fixed my water heater. I have hot water now. Technician was polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards. It's just what I wanted.

Seem like a good company, but they didn’t know much about basement ground water sump pumps. They blamed Fulton homes for making the pipes too high and not giving enough voltage to the outlet to run the pump. At one point they basically told me that there’s nothing they could do. After giving them a week to fix it (went through home warranty) I had George Brazil come out and they had the pump up and running within a couple of hours. Az Preferred Plumbing also told my home warranty company the job was complete when I still had pipes cut and no pump installed. I thank George Brazil for their help in fixing my issue in a timely manner.

Removed and replaced in-wall refrigerator water valve/stem and box. Timely, friendly, professional service at a reasonable price.

Worst service ever !!! Came to fix a small leak in faucet via a warranty company and now water is gushing out while opening a faucet. On calling back to report the issue , they gave me a 500 $ quote to fix this . So now a small leak is now like a fountain for me .. Never use or call for a service .

Mark was very knowledgeable and professional. We bought an older home with major plumbing issues. Mark approached the situation with a respectful problem solving demeanor. Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Had a leaky water softener. Called them about 9am on Friday September 12, 2014. The man said they were very busy that day, but would try to get someone over there as if possible. He told me the leak was bad and seemed concerned about it getting worse.
It was after 4pm and I figured they weren't coming that day. I thought they would hopefully be able to make it the next day. But, to my surprise, I got a call from Carl with Reidhead Plumbing and he said he was on the way. I thought after 4pm, no plumber is going to start a job. Well, he did. And he finished it quickly. Took out the old water softener and installed a new water softener that we had purchased.
Reidhead Plumbing exceeded expectations by showing up when I expected to have to wait another day. They did the job quickly and well. I write this five days later - no leaks or problems with the new water softener. And, at a price that was less than the other two quotes I received.

We had a simple leak from an angle valve, we called this plumber and we accepted his price in desperation. Big mistake, shame on us. We made a huge mistake, 2 plumbers shortly
Thereafter quote was 20% of what he charged us. I would not recommend this plumber!!!

Tried calling, they asked what city I was in, then just hung up. Don't know why my insurance referred them
