Chris with Cactus Valley Plumbing saved the day! He was here not even 45 minutes after we called when our water heater was leaking. He figured what the problem was almost immediately. He was very professional and helped us understand exactly what he was doing. Highly recommend!

Waterex Plumbing has been our goto for our plumbing needs. The first time we utilized them was to help with a slab leak. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

I had an excellent experience with Simply Better Plumbing and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future. First, Louis came out to give a quote. I have had multiple companies out to fix my daughter's shower. Some of them talked about searching for hard to get new hardware and some said we would have to rip out the whole shower wall to fix it. Louis looked at it, determined that it was still in working order, tightened it up and got it working within a few minutes!!! And this was just while he was out for a quote. To think that the other companies would have gladly taken hundreds of dollars and done drastic work that didn't need to be done made it a no-brainer to choose this company.

On the day of the work Louis came and tackled the jobs. There were some complications and he stayed for hours until it was working and everything was fixed the way it should be. His dedication and attention to detail was excellent.

I am glad to have a plumber on call that I know will be fair, honest, and do good work.

My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!

Terry and his team took the time to educate me on my options not bamboozle me into what they wanted to sell, rather what would work best in my home with long term value.
