Nick is AWESOME! Professional, polite, communicates, and very knowledgeable!!

Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

I chose City Wide Plumbing based on it being a smaller local business in good standing with the BBB and ROC. Their online reviews were overwhelmingly positive. In addition to reasonable upfront pricing compared to other plumbing contractors that bid on the replacing collapsed cast iron drain line that runs under the slab of my townhouse. Bill, Lou and David and their sub-contractors arrived at the agreed upon times. They were friendly and professional. The final bill was as as agreed upon before the work started. The work was completed ahead of schedule. I would definitely call City Wide Plumbing again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I do not know how this company has such good reviews. First off they never show up on time, the first time we called them the tech didn’t show up until midnight and was here till 3am. It was absolutely ridiculous. We had a new tub and shower installed after a bad leak and they did the worst job. They didn’t check their work and of course there was another leak. Now after a few months the new shower and tub looks absolutely awful because of the poor work they did. We called them out to fix it, but getting them to show up on time is absolutely impossible. They make you wait around all day and don’t answer their phone.

My water pipeline broke and we were all scared about the leakage in the basement and where all it has damaged. But luckily Blue Wolf plumbing guys did a good job and found the root cause of the leakage and fixed it before it damaged anything. Thanks guys really appreciate your help

Had my water heater go out while my wife is on vacation technician came out, replaced the water heater, fast courteous polite you would be hard-pressed to find another company that had this much integrity and class. So if you want any quality plumbing work done call streamline you can’t go wrong.
