Had he stayed longer that 15 minutes, maybe he would have seen the faucet leak and helped diagnosis what could be wrong, even thought Donner PH didn't buy the sink. Well this would involve another service call and fee! This is purely bad business.

Terrible customer service! Gave a date and time for repairs and then never showed. Worker came by the following day without phone call. Stayed half and hour to replace sink pop up and charged for 2 hours. Unprofessional and refused to return my phone calls! Will never use again!
