Like a car mechanic, his profession has important details a layman may not understand and that need explanation which he delivers perfectly and clearly. The work was well and quickly done and he even gave a detailed estimate for a possible future job for which he would need more time/materials. We're very pleased.

I've used TLC before and have always been very satisfied with them. This time was no exception. My AC went out, and when Chance from TLC came, he quickly found the problem and replaced the defective part. Chance was courteous and knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned up after he completed his work.

I called them to repair my heater. When everything was said and done, they charged double their estimate and my heat still didn't work.

I called the owner and got nothing but excuse after excuse why they couldn't send someone out to work on it. Finally, I had to call another HVAC business who came out and fixed it the same day.
