We're new to B. Carlson, and new to the service agreement. Pete was incredibly thorough and professional in inspecting our evaporative cooler and furnace, and winterizing our home. I also appreciate Kris proactively calling to schedule the appointment a few weeks ago (one less thing on my to-do list), and then calling again to confirm the appointment as the date approached. They, like the rest of the staff we've interacted with, seem to care a lot about their customers and the quality of their work.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. This company is an honest and friendly based service provider. I have used them on multiple occasions and every time I have been pleased. Recently I had a new swamp cooler installed by a company that was unable to provide support, and it was leaking. Well I had a scheduled date set with unlimited plumbing that was a week out, they are a busy company. Well today the tech got a free moment and while I was at work he came by and found out my swamp cooler's flow was damaged and he replaced since it was a minor fix they didn't charge me the full rate and that's being honest and fare. I would recommend this company for all of your heating and plumping issues. I would personally like to thank Donna & Patrick for their wonderful customer service.
