Had an estimate done for a remodeling job. Went with another company that had a lower estimate with copper supply lines vs PEX(Ed Youngs job was with PEX). First company started the job and then disappeared. After months of trying to get someone to return I called Ed Youngs to come take another look. They spent a good 20-30 minutes checking everything out and said they'd get me an estimate when I located a tub as they needed tub spec's to complete estimate. FINALLY located the tub size, type, and drain side I needed in this age of supply chain issues..... Called Ed Youngs and they said the job was too far gone...? and would not be interested in completing it. Never bothered to tell me 8 weeks ago they wouldn't be doing the job. I had to reach out to them in order to get an answer.

Have been a loyal local customer for 20 years but this experience of customer service and the lack of common courtesy to call me back and say Not interested has sadly changed that. Will be finding a new place to spend my $$ for renovations.

After the Nov 2022 snowstorm, our second story ice-filled gutter crashed to the ground bending the outside faucet and knocking off the external exhaust pipe from our high efficiency furnace. Hazlett Plumbing was very responsive when I contacted them. Noah came out and replaced both and I also appreciated that he installed a turn off lever in the basement for that faucet. I would recommend Hazlett Plumbing.
