Sal is the absolute best! He is professional and has very fair prices. He has done work at my home and rental property. He was very helpful when an emergency arose and fixed my shower when no on else could. He's observant and has even given me tips and recommendations. I've used him for years. He came recommended from a co-worker and I highly recommend him too!

I paid 326.26 for 10 minutes of service. Seal a hole on the wall and replace a plastic piece on the water tank. My boiler was never reconnected. I was with no heat and had to pay someone else 150 to come back out because the guy here never finished his 10 min job. I had to get my chimney hole sealed according to national fuel and they shut everything off until I called a plumber due to the hazard and I got ripped off by this company! He left this unhooked and this is the guy I had to wait to come out at 10pm , me n my kids was freezing with no heat!!!

I feel completely taken advantage of. I had a part replaced in my shower valve that took the technician less than 40 min. My water wouldn't turn off so I didn't have the time to get my regular plumber. I thought I might pay a little more for the convenience but not to the tune of $415.00 to change a part that cost $85.00 marked up. The labor was $295.00 . When I called the company the answer was we have a flat rate?????? all I can say is SHAME ON YOU! DON'T CALL ROTO-ROOTER. The one star is because he did get the shower working.

Very quick and efficient. I had Bobby and Ryley install my boiler. They were very professional and clean they laid down tarps covering my whole house. And when they were done they made it like they were never even there. The craftsmanship really showed how much they care for their customers. I highly recommend to go to them with plumbing and heating home repairs. Definitely will be a returning customer.
