Actually got a live person with PD Plumbing and they came around 4:30 to5pm Dustin tried several times with the auger to find what my two year old grandson must have flushed. We disscussed the charge of $105 an hr to try to spend 2 or 3 hours trying to unplug versus a new stool replacement of the old one of 27 years of service. I agreed to a new stool and they were back on Friday at noon and replaced the stool within the hour .Good news for the weekend. Plus i had a year warranty for parts and labor. Dustin was very quick and courteous even to my young grandson who watched in ah!! I definitely will recommend your PD Plumbing to all my friends and relatives.

Called plumber on weekend to inspect a slow drain. Was able to come over within 48 hours on my own schedule (after 5:00 pm on a weeknight) to snake and make drain fully functional again. Even though it was full of grease, snaking was done so carefully that none ever ended up on the carpeted floor. Sound advice was given on follow up treatment and the cost was cheaper than many home warranty plans. Would definitely have Brian back to take care of plumbing needs.

Matt is awesome! He has fixed my leaky faucets, my garbage disposal, and even found the source of a leak in my basement. He has always been fast, honest, and reliable. I won't ever call anyone else.

I love the service I received from west side plumbing my service was quick easy and nothing hidden
