There was a mix up with the time our plumber was supposed to show up but the owner was able to send someone out and make it right as soon as he was notified. I appreciate the quick response and discount for service we were given!

The tech was very punctual and polite and I'm thankful the techs work after-hours. However, I should have been made aware of the absolutely inflated prices. I do expect to pay more for emergency or after-hours repairs, but $600+ for a $20 part and 20 minutes of work is ridiculous. Especially since he didn't carry the correct part and had to Frankenstein pieces together. I'll order the correct part and redo the repair myself.

As Murphy’s Law would have it, on the coldest day of the year my heat was acting up. 3-D plumbing-electric-heating & air was able to send someone out quickly to get me taken care of. They sent out Dave who was super friendly & professional, explained everything very thoroughly and had my home warm and cozy again in no time. To top it off, they were very affordable!
I was very pleased with their above average customer service and I will definitely be using this local family owned company again in the future for any of my plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.
