Great fast friendly service

Tyler came out on a Saturday night and spent a lot of time working out a difficult clog in our sink. He was very friendly and professional and we appreciate his hard work. We would recommend him to a friend and will request him if we have any other issues in the future.

After having our plumber that we have used for years, cancel on us twice in one week, because he ended up throwing out his back. We were in desperate need of a plumber, because our kitchen faucet had been leaking for a week. My wife called JC Plumbing and Heating, she spoke with John and explained the situation. John was very polite over the phone and offered to come out the very next day.

John and another guy showed up the next day. They replaced our leaking faucet with another that we had purchased from Home Depot. They also installed a garbage disposal under the sink and did all new piping. John and his guy were very polite, professional, and explained everything that would happen before they did the work along with a reasonable price. They also cleaned up what very little mess they made.

We are very happy with the prompt excellent service.

The reviews here don’t lie. After I read the positive reviews I decided to give Rapid Flow a call. The operator was really pleasant and professional. She got the technician to call me back in less than 10 min. The technician Jason came to my house within 30 min from when I spoke with him. The night before I spent an hour trying to unclog the bathtub with a plunger 🪠 and the drain clog snake. The snake could not go very far down the drain something was blocking it. Jason told me there is a trick and you have to have the right tools as well. He was able to pull a huge amount of hair out and solved the issue in no tine. I am happy I called them.
