I called Frank on Sunday nite because our HVAC was blowing hot air. He came on short notice Monday morning and took care of everything quickly, and also offered me DIY recommendations so I can fix minor issues myself in the future. Frank is super professional and super friendly, I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone who needs AC, heat, or plumbing work. You will not be disappointed. Great guy and great, quick work.

I couldn't say enough good things about I&C Mechanical. I called and they scheduled me as soon as possible. They told me a window and came right in the beginning of that window. They put down tarps and were extremely neat and clean in my house. They had come before and their knowledge was amazing. He had let me know my garbage disposal was on its last legs and sure enough a few months later it went. Quick to schedule a service call for a broken hot water heater. They came out the same afternoon and fixed the problem for $300 including parts. Most others we talked to were recommending a complete replacement. Unsure how long we would be staying in the house so this was the best course of action. Would use again.
