Back in Feb when the Boston area was predicting a night of -30 degree temps on the same day I was flying out of town, Tony spent time on the phone with me the day before, going over all the steps I should take. Then, knowing he was going to be downright pummeled with calls for frozen pipes the next day, he even offered to come check the house when he could to make sure the water was running and all looked okay if I left out a key. I will never forget such an amazing gesture. There is truly no better plumber. Always responsive, always skillful, and always the extra mile.

Gilbert and Joe were absolutely amazing! Within an hour of our call, Joe showed up to assess the situation and helped calm our nerves by helping us with paperwork for our insurance, explaining everything to us, and taking photos of the situation. He was so sweet and professional. About a half hour after Joe was there, Gilbert showed up to do the dirty work. The job was a tough one, but Gilbert was able to get it done. He worked so hard to be able to get our pipes clear. He explained everything clearly and gave us tips on how to take care of our pipes and plumbing so something like this wouldn’t happen again. If there were ten stars, I’d give both Gilbert and Joe all ten. They kept us at ease in the situation and took care of us right away. They deserve the best cause they are the best. You got two great hard workers on your hands! Words can’t explain. Thank you Gilbert! Thank you Joe!
